Wedding
Sorry we didn't post last week. It's been busy here.
Maribeth and Scott's wedding was yesterday. It was beautiful and busy. We had family get here at the beginning of last week; just in time for us (the twins, Janine, me) to get a stomach flu with all the associated vomiting etc. Many others got this little gift from us, including the bride! The illness cramped our style and our tummies, but fortunately we all got well by yesterday--thank goodness.
There is tons more to tell, but I'll let Janine (in a later post) and the pics I'm about to publish do the talking for me. I've put up several pictures to make up for the dearth of posting last week; I'm only throwing up a few of the best ones. Hope you are all well.

Rushed
It's me again, although it will say "Nick" at the bottom because he started to do this last night. Unfortunately, we have been sort of crazy lately, trying to look like we don't live in a barn when people come. SO...here is a quick clip of Gage and his vacuum. We are contemplating getting both boys the new fancy dirt devil jr. vacuums for their birthdays...the new ones are battery operated and really suck dirt. I'm sure it would be love at first sight. We'll see...
Have a great week!

Where does the time go?
First, congrats to Cody and Joanne for introducing the newest Clayson to the world. Baby Jack is a keeper for sure.
Nick intended to post on Sunday, but for some reason our server was down, and it wouldn't work. I thought he had a draft saved, but apparently not. So, you get to hear from me again. Not altogether good, considering I am sleepy and home alone, so prone to loopiness. Lucky for you, dear reader, I have the entire upstairs to clean still and it is almost 10pm. It may not sound late to some of you happy-go-lucky people out there, but trust me--my coach is about to turn into the proverbial pumpkin.
I sure hope neither of the boys gets sick, as we are all gearing up for Maribeth's wedding. People start arriving here on the 14th, which means I will not finish my list of chores before they get here. Sadly, I think it also means I won't lose this blasted ten pounds. Maybe if I ate less chocolate...seems drastic though.
BTW, as I mentioned last week, we're having some technical issues. Here is my question: is it possible to add new music to my iPod without losing all the music we lost in the great computer crash? I have a couple CDs to put on there, but I'm afraid to synch it. If anyone out there knows the answer, please email. And use small words--I'm a bit slow about the whole iTunes deal.
Boys are getting funnier and funnier everyday. We bought a toy vacuum at DI on Saturday, and Gage spent about 8 hours between Sunday and Monday pushing it around. He held it when he got his diaper changed. He held it when he was in his high chair. He went to time out five times for stealing it from Reid. Today though, it is just another toy. Too bad--it isn't loud, doesn't cause damage, and kept him occupied. He still enjoys it, but not with the same ferver. Which is probably good, in the end.
Also, as you'll note in the pictures, Reid and I had a disagreement about the appropriate age to start working with eggs. He was just sad I screamed when I saw his masterwork.

That's all I've got time for this week. I'm pretty sure there might have been a cute video or two...I'll try to add one mid-week!
