The Logical Solution

Two weeks ago Danica proved her grit to me. I will never doubt her determination again. I went and put her in bed, which made her unhappy. So, she yelled at me to stay and watch her. Naturally I tried to escape after her eyes closed for a minute, but she kept cracking her eyes every few moments to make sure I was still standing there. If I moved, she would open her eyes wide and yell. After a few failed attempts, I was beginning to think I would just need to leave her to cry, because she had stopped closing her eyes. Turns out that wasn't necessary. Dani had done the only logical thing. She went to sleep with her eyes open.

Dani loves the boys. She is trying to help us call for Gage in this video.

Smart Girl

Danica's so smart. I just love her little developing personality/dictatorship. Truth is, she's cutting a tooth at the moment, and not to sugarcoat it, but she's got cranky down to an art. Let me amend that: she's happy if she's getting her every whim catered to.

Consider this a teaser post. I can't look through all the pics now because of the aforementioned, *ahem* personality conflict. I'll blog again when she's less...demanding.

ETA: I was just looking through the posts since Danica was born. Um, we've got cute, hilarious kids. That is all. Naptime! Wish it was for mommy too!
